Originally the bustling headquarters for the Kansas City Star newspaper, Grand Place is a full city block that is being reimagined into a vibrant, mixed-use destination featuring 250,000+ square-feet of office space, a 35,000+ square foot European-style market, private dining, spa and more.

When 3D Development engaged Highline Partners in 2018, the property had just been acquired and the developer looked to Highline Partners to help with renaming, repositioning and creating a series of communication tools that would help potential investors and tenants understand the vision.

Such an iconic and historically significant building in Kansas City deserved an equally powerful name, brand identity and story. With a target open date of spring 2021, the project is unfolding with lease-up, construction and planning underway. Stay tuned.
